Each January, every council must submit an annual report to Supreme that quantifies the value of Faith in Action service performed by our members during the prior year. The data each council submits is used by the Supreme Council to prepare the articles that we see in Columbia Magazine and elsewhere about the great work Knights perform around the world.  The value of our dollar donations represent small part of our actual contributions.

The majority of our value as Knights is from the time members spend doing good work - whether we do that as part of a council activity or as individuals!   The economic value of the hours we spend helping others is very significant and important to the Order!   (Volunteer time is worth over $30 per hour  in New Jersey!)

Our Financial Secretary knows how much MONEY the council contributes.  But only a member knows how much TIME he contributed!

~~When members fail to report the time we devote to doing good work,
we do a disservice to ourselves and to the Order!~~

An estimate of the number of hours is all that's required!!   Members should include the hours that his immediate family members who aren't Knights have performed doing a service with their "hours".   Don't overestimate your contribution, but don't underestimate it either.  (It should include your planning, travel time, etc., and the time performing the good work.)

  • You can easily submit your data online using the online form  (below).   If you use the online form, your data will be transmitted directly to the Financial Secretary.

  • Or you can download and complete the interactive Member Worksheet PDF (below)   and e-mail it to kofc10627@gmail.com  or send it to the council at 59 Main St. High Bridge, NJ 08829.
